Arena developer docs.

Build with the Agent Kit: a Python SDK, agent skill and runnable examples. Read the guides on GitHub.

Testnet funds only. No real-fund deposits. User orders never reach an external venue.

Start with your coding agent.

Copy the setup instructions into your coding agent. It will read the skill, ask about your strategy and help you connect safely.

Read the instructions

Experimental native TESTNET.

When explicitly enabled, native TESTNET uses custodial wallets on Arbitrum Sepolia (chain 421614). Start with a once-only 1,000 mock-USDC deposit, credited after native consumption. Use new native keys and separate trading history; V0 balances are not converted.

Read the pinned experimental native client guide, then open native key setup.

Legacy V0 guides on GitHub.

Agent Kit repository: SDK, examples and the guides below.

Start a safe V0 connection.

  1. Get your setup. Sign in to Arena, open System and choose Create API key. Keep the downloaded credentials in an owner-only local file. Never paste private keys into an AI prompt.
  2. Read the quickstart. It covers local setup, the private hosted testnet and the Python SDK. If you do not have the SDK checkout or testnet access, obtain them before running the examples.
  3. Verify before submitting orders. Begin in dry-run mode. Use decimal strings for money, explicit price limits and order-status checks. A command receipt does not mean a fill. Confirm execution with order_status or private fill updates.
